Registration

The registration will run through the FINA GMS. All entries shall be made electronically via the World Aquatics General Management System (GMS) via the link https://data.fina.org

. Access to the registration system should be via the logins previously supplied to your Federation. If you require any assistance of support with the registration process, please contact [email protected].

A federation can enter maximum 25 players during the registration for this Event. By the Sport Entries deadline the Federation will need to specify (through the sport entry) a maximum of 18 players who will be confirmed for the competition. The remaining players potentially registered will be rejected and their participation in the competition cancelled. A team delegation can consist of 26 members plus the referee with the team.

Please keep in mind that for each game the coach has the possibility to change between the given 18 players.

Visa procedure

We strongly recommend all national federations whose athletes, representatives and/or guests need a visa to enter Greece to start the procedure as soon as possible.

Accreditation procedure

Participating national federations must complete the registration procedure to obtain the accreditation card for all their members – including athletes, coaches, staff, NF representatives and guests, etc. This process will be done online through World Aquatics GMS.

Following standard procedures, the accreditation card is personal, non-transferable, and must be always displayed in the areas requiring accreditation. The right to hold and/or use may be revoked at any time at full discretion by an official of the Organizing Committee.

Technical Meeting

The Technical meeting shall take place on 18^th April 2023 at 18.00 pm, in PALMYRA BEACH HOTEL, Room Riviera 123, Address: 70 Poseidonos Avenue, 16675 Glyfada, Athens, Greece

At least one team representative and the head coach are required to be present at the meeting. Transportation will be arranged accordingly.

Workshop Referees & Delegates

The Workshop for Referees and Delegates shall take place on 19^th April 2023 between 09.00 – 12.00, in PALMYRA BEACH HOTEL, Address: 70 Poseidonos Avenue, 16675 Glyfada, Athens, Greece
